Magnesium for Internal & External Use

Magnesium deficiencies and your health

Magnesium deficiencies and the ill effects of these deficiencies can be many and varied.

From small niggling injuries to major life-threatening illness, absorption of magnesium through the skin may just be what you’re looking for.

The application of magnesium and other colloidally suspended nutrients by what is called transdermal application is a gentle yet powerful way of nourishing yours and others body’s.

With magnesium being one of the four big alkaline buffers that rules communication, the regular application of magnesium via the skin can help reduce and minimise inflammation in both tissue and cellular terrain thus helping the return of alkalinity & well-being in rapid time.

There’s an old saying in electrical terminology that states, “It’s not what is transmitted, it’s what is received!”

In this case it’s magnesium being yang aspect of transmission with calcium being the polar opposite (the yin aspect).

Some unseen relationships

To get your head around these polar relationships on the physical level, think when you clench your fist.

When you clench your fist your body uses calcium to do the gripping work.

When you wish to release the grip, that’s where magnesium plays its part to do the releasing.

It is for this reason that magnesium is known to be the transmitting agent of the cell!

If you’re ever unfortunate enough to experience heart issues or a heart attack, more than likely the first solutions administered intravenously to you in a hospital will be magnesium.

Dr. Norman Shealy M.D.,Ph.D.,Neurosurgeon, Inventor of the “TENS” machine, Lecturer, Author and considered one of the worlds experts on pain management and natural health, states:

“Nearly everyone is deficient in magnesium and every known illness is associated with a magnesium deficiency. Magnesium is the most critical mineral required for electrical stability of every cell in the body. A magnesium deficiency may be responsible for more diseases than any other nutrient”.

Magnesium helps with cramping and crystalisation

Everybody’s body slows down and crystalises over time.

As we age the body becomes more rigid.

It becomes skeletal! Bony! But it doesn’t have to be this way and this is where the regular absorption of magnesium can help immensely.

It is more than likely for this reason that wise women for eons have espoused the old saying, “Eat your greens!”

You see the nucleus of chlorophyll is magnesium.

That’s why raw leafy greens are the foods of regeneration.

High magnesium content!

But eating a lot of greens isn’t easy.

It takes a lot of time to chew a lot of greens hence why juicing your greens is such a valuable healing and regeneration resource.

That’s why we turn to supplementation of magnesium.

This would be good and well except most tablets you swallow aren’t even absorbed due to the non-bioavailability.

That’s why minerals in tablet form are called chelated hence difficult to absorb.

As anyone with knowledge of how the metabolism works, they know the answer and secret to good absorption is liquid.

If the nutrients are in liquid form, the body can absorb them.

Magnesium absorption from the outside in

The big problem with drinking magnesium in liquid form is it can give you the runs.

Just like when you swim in the ocean and accidentally or consciously drink sea water, the chances are very good you’ll get the runs.

This is because ocean water has a high sodium and magnesium content hence high being next to the ocean makes you feel good and promotes health.

It is for maximum absorption as to why the application of a colloidal magnesium formulation via the biggest breathing organ of your body… your skin, is universally accepted as the best way to get magnesium for both young & old alike!

The regular absorption of magnesium via the skin removes any of the negative effects that drinking magnesium in liquid form can give you so all you get are great results.
